Monday to Friday from 8am to 10pm est and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm est.  Just a suggestion....if someone from Jamaica answers the phone, I would call back until you reach someone from the Oregon call center.  There have been so many problems reported if you speak with someone outside the US.

I’m sure most people on this thread already know this, but in case someone comes along later, I thought I would include it.

 

i called club Royale on the number indicated.  I’m in Australia and all of my cruises were booked in Australia, the exception is my next annual prime cruise.  I booked that online.  They still consider that booked in Oz.  They will not look at upgrading any of these as they don’t have access to my Australian bookings.  

 

They also will will not give me a casino rate as I have a $300 casino voucher sitting in my account.    I do recall something of this nature before.  I guess you can not combine casino rates and casino certificates.   ( for those who are not already aware, you can not apply a casino voucher to an existing booking, even I knew that)
