2pbears Posted March 12, 2017 #1 Share Posted March 12, 2017 We just returned from our second Azamara cruise on the Quest. We were able to check our folio for onboard charges via the television but we did not receive a final print out delivered to our room on the final day of the cruise as we have experienced on other lines. This has only become an issue because we had a visit to the Medical Center while onboard and as I review the claim form for our insurance coverage they require not only a bill for the services (which Azamara did provide) but also proof of payment. I am assuming that a printout of our folio listing this charge would suffice. Is it possible to get such a thing? We will appreciate any help or info you can offer. I sent an email to Guest Relations on Sunday and received an automated acknowledgement immediately.
