Very annoying survey from RCL / Azamara / Celebrity

First of all, you can't do this waste of time in 10 minutes, which was a lie, but I will continue to sail RCCI, and sail X for the first time in 2019 on the Edge. Having said that, I'll never do a survey again from them.

As part of my marketing work, I used to both create and manage surveys.

They almost always have hidden agendas. The real purpose of the survey can be very deceptively hidden.

I suggest to never respond to a survey,

Watch that new TV show on jury management. It reveals many interesting questioning techniques.

I quoted you because I thought you needed to say it again!

I stopped responding to surveys about 3 years ago, I don't care who they are from.

I hope X is reading this thread. What they have done is just lame.

What could be discouraging for the crew is that they/crew urge you to complete the questionnaire because they reap rewards for positive mention. What if they were aware how few actually get completed because celebrity doesn't really want to know how your cruise went?

There was an identical one last year which I thought was Celebrity but may have been another cruise line. Exactly the same - got blown out at the end as they had sufficient responses from demographically similar people!

I would bet that the reverse is true.

A good rating...that's all folks.

A bad review, fired.
