Princess Cruise Card - Queen Mary

Not sure if this has been mentioned before or not but you can no longer show your cruise card to get on the Queen Mary for free when Long Beach is a port of call. You now have to pay $10pp for a cruise ship day pass.

I visited back around '82, and was fascinated. I'd never cruised, and the views of passengers' cabins were amazing, compared to the cruise brochures I had been looking at. The marvelous thing for me was the large window where you could see straight down into the engine room. I'm sorry to hear it hasn't been taken care if properly. Great chance to see what passenger ships were like and how luxurious they are today.
