Everyone's favorite! Trying to get our budget in line for our upcoming 7 day Pride. We will be tipping with the automatic gratuity. I know that we need to tip beyond that, but for who and how much?

Thanks!

You don't "Need" tp tip anyone or anything beyond what's added.

However, I go by the rule that if someone has done something to make my vacation more enjoyable, then a small token of my appreciation is granted.

Airport shuttle driver

Taxi driver

Bell hop

Housekeeping at the hotel

Port luggage handler

Bartender

Excursion driver

Excursion guide

et al

Adding on....

Room Service waiter

Spa person

Casino dealer

Kid's club counselor

15% is added to your bar bill. Bartenders and bar servers are not covered under auto-grats.

We typically will tip our Uber driver (varies based on distance), tour operators a few bucks, porters $1 per bag and a dollar per drink which we rarely order drinks. We also give our steward $5 a day + a candy bar. (Hey, who doesn't like chocolate?). Aside from that, we don't tip anyone else.

Once you leave the standard tips in place there are no "musts" about any other tips!! Everyone has different ideas about that. We give the head room steward a $20 if we particularly like him/her. We give our head waiter a $20 also if we particularly like them.

IF we give other wait staff extra it depends on the relationship we make with them during the cruise.

The same goes for bartenders as a tip is automatically added in to your drink cost each time you buy one.

Room service staff gets a couple of dollars for each delivery .

You will find that each person on here has their own way of tipping. Find your own way that makes you comfy and that will ge just perfect!
