Dinner recommendation in Willemstad Curacao

We will be in port until 11pm so have time for a nice dinner while in Curacao. Checked TripAdvisor but would like to know what you recommended. I want something "islandy" with fresh fish. Thanks!!!

The restaurants in the Waterfront Arches area of Punda are right on the water. We have been to Scampi's and loved it! We are headed back to Curacao in a few weeks for an 8 day vacation and will be going back there.

Is Scampi's near the port?

Short taxi ride across the Queen Emma Bridge and down past the Courthouse, but a long walk from the Mega Pier.

Scampi's is about 15-20 minute walk from the pier across the Queen Emma bridge (the floating bridge (The Princess Juliana Bridge is the high bridge that cars, etc. drive across).

We enjoyed a balcony dinner on our Princess cruise ship once when we had a late departure from Curacao. It was a beautiful setting for dining on our balcony.
