We use GroundLink. They seem to get a bad rap around here for some reason... maybe because their prices are a little higher than others. Personally, I'm not always looking for cheap. Service and reliability are important factors for me, and in those departments, GroundLink is 100%.

If cheap is the priority, than a car service is not the answer.

Groundlink is basically act as booking agent for car services, it has a small fleet of shared-a-ride van & motorcoach (bus) service ... some airlines use them for crew transportation between airports & hotels.

OP can go to their website directly and book/price out the trip - basic services is $59 plus tipping, toll is very likely additional ($5.76 or $8.50) on this route. Meet-n-greet is $15 extra plus any parking fees (maybe $10 or less, depending on which lot is used & terminal flown into) or they will text/call upon landing/gate arrival & inform you on working with driver on a pickup spot.

Easiest, depending on time of day/day of week, is yellow taxi - flat rate to anywhere in Manhattan - about $60 plus tipping, taxi stand & line staffed by a dispatcher outside every terminal at curbside (no need to ride the free AirTrain to Federal Circles Stop (5 - 10 minutes) where all FHV (For Hired Vehicles ... including car services, Uber/Lyft, etc. are to wait & meet their pickup/pax)

Being on-time & reliable is a challenge with urban traffic, whether it's LAX, SFO, SEA, ORD or JFK/EWR & LGA locally - plus weather & road construciton and accidents, elements beyond driver & transportation vendor's control.

Price is definitely on the high side, depending on what is being provided - quoted fare from TS area hotel to cruise terminal (NCL's) is about doubled of typical as it is a very short ride on weekends.
