We have always liked HAL Cusine with the Dutch style pies and am wonder if there are any Norwegian foods on the menu at the Buffet on Norwegian Cruise ships?

Not that I have ever noticed. What ship is Legend? I've been on Legend of the Seas...RCCL.

Just curious why you are asking that question when you haven't listed any NCL ships?

There is nothing Norwegian about NCL these days besides the nationality of some officers. :)

What Norwegian foods were you thinking about?

As has been said NCL has, these days, no real connection with Norway.

Perhaps when cruising the Fjords there may be something special that fits the bill.

Fine, but just do realize that the Legend belongs to Carnival and not NCL.
