nhtravels Posted October 19, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 19, 2017 Printing our Edocs (YEAH!). Do I need 1 set per cabin or 1 set per person? 4 cabins booked with at least 2 in each cabin. I feel like a fish out of water with this trip!
OHRiverRats Posted October 20, 2017 #2 Share Posted October 20, 2017 One set per cabin. Some people don’t even print them, but I like to have mine at check-in. Just seems simpler to me. I hand them my e-docs, passports and credit card and we’re all set. Enjoy your cruise!

Yes, but you can show them the e version on your phone or tablet just as easily as you can a paper version. Once you print your documents, they are no longer e-docs, but become docs. One of the purposes behind e-docs is to go paperless.
lumpkin8 Posted October 20, 2017 #7 Share Posted October 20, 2017 If you don't or cannot print your edocs, security (and also the porters if you are not sure of your cabin) will check for your name on the ship's manifest. It is absolutely not required (at least in NYC cruise port, where I work) to have a copy (print or edoc) of your boarding passes/ship info.
