Loving the Elation review. I've been looking forward to it. My family and I sail are scheduled for our first cruise on the Elation in May. Your pictures have me so excited! Looking forward to the rest of your review.

After brunch, Patti went to do a little shopping while I went to the casino to play a little blackjack. I played for about an hour, and broke even, when Patti met me there and we entered the slot tournament. Neither one of us came close to qualifying for the finals.

I went up to the Red Frog Rum Bar and they STILL didn’t have any Thirsty Frog Red! Their excuse was that the beer sat on the dock too long yesterday and spoiled. I’m not buying that, but the bottom line is there was no Thirsty Frog Red available for our entire cruise!

In the meantime, Patti went to the Mikado Lounge to watch the Seuss parade and story time. Here is the entrance to the Mikado Lounge…..

Patti stays for the next Bingo session. Again she didn’t have any luck…..

We both eventually made it back to the cabin to watch football and then get ready for the Cruise Elegant dinner. We waited too long to go and wound up getting there at prime time. The wait to check in and receive a pager was insanely long, but after seeing how many people already had pagers and were still waiting, we decided just to go up to Tiffany’s Restaurant and eat. The Lido Pool area looks nice at night…..

I must say you handled the lack of Thirsty Frog better than my husband would - lol. Fingers crossed they have it on the 11th!! Loving the review!

Just a quick question for you! We were on the Magic in September '17 and had an Aft balcony on deck 6. Our room was so noisy at night being above the lounge. Did you notice night time noise in your cabin?

Looks like you had a great time...thanks for sharing your detailed review. Love all of your photos!
