I'm enjoying your awesome review, (as always)! SO glad you did the lanai walk-around post. IMO, the layout of the Magic, with the lanai feature, is the best of any ship we've been on.

Looking forward to the Elation part of your review. I was on her last January, and we're booked for the Elation Bermuda cruise in April. Can't wait to see the post dry dock improvements!

We enjoy grabbing a lounger on the lanai near one of the outside showers for relaxing and reading with our adult beverages! Plus a little cooling off in the shower from the sunshine if needed.

The Lanai is a great place to hang out and is usually not crowded. :D

Glad you are enjoying the review. I tried to do the same thing on my Breeze review, but both the bow and stern areas were blocked off for "maintenance".

The Elation part of the review is almost at hand. Just finished working on the pictures and uploading them to my hosting site. :)

I met Patti back at the cabin where we would begin the sad task of packing after a wonderful two weeks on the Magic. But in reality, we were also packing for tomorrow’s Elation cruise. I have to tell you that it was a weird feeling, but a good one at that. Here was our final towel creation for the cruise…..

Been following this from the beginning and it's like reading a story, very well done. I've read it being a little self serving taking my first cruise on the Elation in March. After you wonderful picture review of the Magic I am thinking I should have drove a bit farther to get it. Can't wait!

It seems like everyone is ready to see and hear about the Elation, so I better wrap up the Magic part of the review! I know it's been a long ride, and we wish to thank everyone for hanging in there with us! :D

With the bulk of the packing done, Patti and I went down to the casino to enter the last slot tournament of the cruise. Neither one of us would qualify for the finals, though I was pretty close. Patti played he slots, and I played blackjack for a few hours, and we each won a little bit. It was a good way to end our gambling on this cruise! Soon it was time to head to the VIFP Party. Here are our invites……
