Checking in with Casino Host

I received an e-mail from the Ocean Players Club stating that we didn't qualify for any perks from the casino. Then they said that we should check in with the casino host for tracking. I always thought that they tracked you from your S&S card. What is the object of checking in with the host?

I'm a little confused as to what they meant by that as well, as we are all automatically being "tracked" every time we sit down at a table/slot and hand in our S&S card. I think what the Players Club meant was that they cannot offer you any comps/perks in advance, but maybe after a day or two of playing and establishing a decent play history to track down the host and see if there is anything he/she can offer you based off that play.

Ask casino services for your play rating last cruise. Most likely you will be surprised how inaccurate it was

Do you know how to contact casino services? I'm not finding it on the website - unless I'm looking in the wrong place.

On your next cruise, you can check with the casino host who will gauge your level of play to determine if you qualify for any perks. They look at your current play as well as your gambling history on previous cruises. You might qualify for a dinner for 2 at the Steakhouse, or a gift usually reserved for premier players, etc..

One phone # for the casino booking staff is: Exclusive Premier Cruise Offer for Carnival Players Club Members. Book online or call 1-866-766-7730, Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – Midnight to book today.
