What was that? Posted February 5, 2018 #1 Share Posted February 5, 2018 How do the Neptune Suite door locks work on this ship? Do you just need to hold the keycard near it, or what? Cruises, stars, it’s all so confusing...

What was that? Posted February 5, 2018 Author #4 Share Posted February 5, 2018 OK. Thanks to all - and if I had had my wits about me, I would have noticed that a previous reply referencing the Konigsdam would have clued me in that the newest ship(s) have them. I would guess retrofitting them on the existing fleet would be expen$ive. I just figured HAL would have the same system on all the ships. Silly me! Thanks again. DaveOKC Posted February 6, 2018 #6 Share Posted February 6, 2018 Just off the Oosterdam in Dec. in a Neptune. Key had to be inserted into the slot, basically the "old way".
