We are booked on the explorer in a grand suite.

So what are the perks you get with the gold card?

Priority on& off the ship

Breakfast in chops

Special seating in the theatre & the pool

And what else?

The pictures she posted of the family suite aka “2 bedroom grand suite” are pretty accurate still. At least the room still looks like that on Navigator anyways... as of last April. Which is post most recent dry dock.

The original 1 bedroom grand suites are FAR more luxurious with the granites and tile etc. I’ve stayed in both and MUCH prefer the grand suite. The bigger room is pretty much just that, a bigger room. All the same furnishings as a standard room tho, with suite perks. And a big balcony.

There was nothing very 'royal' about a Royal Family Suite. 😉

You should have a gold sea card which will get you in.

Question

Can you sneak a friend in without a gold card as a guest?

Or are they strict an the rules

It's not uncommon for them to ask to see SeaPass cards.
