Aladdin22 Posted March 7, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 7, 2018 Booked MSC cruise and applied for Status Match. We’re Diamond Plus with RCI but have only been awarded Classic. From reading posts on CC it seems everyone Diamond and above have been given Black cards, as have friends of ours. Have phoned MSC and was told to email my query, but as yet no reply. Any thoughts ? I call them with the silliest questions and when I need something and it takes more than a few hours, I call back the next day. I'd actually call every day, stay pleasant - but persistent. I works! That’s wrong... I filled out the form and the same day was upgraded to Gold...
