I'm Canadian, looking to book the Canary Islands cruise next March. We'd fly to London the day before, then go with TUI to Gran Canaria, ideally. Anybody tried this before? We've just heard back from Marella customer service after contacting them through their Facebook page. They were apologetic about our experience on the phone, and proposed doing an online booking but using the address of the TUI contact center, then amending the address with them after the booking has been confirmed.
