carolitis Posted March 21, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 21, 2018 Is there a system to know where the bed is positioned in a particular cabin? Deck 6 cabin 6630 accessible. Also does anyone know if those accessible cabins on deck 6 have a loveseat, only a chair, or a loveseat and a chair? I have never found any pics. Ourusualbeach Posted March 21, 2018 #2 Share Posted March 21, 2018 I believe that all of the accessible cabins have the bed in the same position and that is with the bed near the closet.

The alternating postions of the beds only applies to standard cabins on the Allure .The same apllies to all Oasis class ships. Accessible 6630 is laid out the same as any other accessible balcony cabin on other RCCL ships. The closets are on the wall as you come into the room. =The bed will be on the center of the wall closet to the washroom.
konkordkruisers Posted April 28, 2018 #4 Share Posted April 28, 2018 Anyone stay in Rm 6198 on the Allure? Wondering where the bed is located and how the view from the balcony is. Also....it stated that this is an "extra long" balcony. Is it really larger than the normal balcony? Are there lounge chairs?
cb at sea Posted April 28, 2018 #5 Share Posted April 28, 2018 6198 isn't a HC cabin. Yes, the balcony is deeper than most...but there's not enough space for loungers....sorry!

Those cabins are a tad wider than a JS..to accommodate a wheelchair, turning radius, etc.... You will have at least a loveseat, but there's totally room for a sofa. robtulipe Posted April 28, 2018 #7 Share Posted April 28, 2018 Cabin 6198 bed is by the balcony as it has a sofa bed cabin on either side since bed position alternate down a section line. Sofa bed regular balcony cabins on Oasis and Quantum always that unit by the balcony so as to not have it block passage through that narrower part of the cabin. Sections where bed is are wider

Also....it stated that this is an "extra long" balcony. Is it really larger than the normal balcony? Are there lounge chairs? Being that accessible cabins on the Allure are about 1.5 times larger than a standard balcony cabin it is not affected by the alternating configuration as standard cabins. The bed is positioned just at it would in any balcony accessible cabin on any RCCL ship. Same applies to balcony view, The balcony is longer because accessible cabins are wider. The depth is the same as standard balcony cabins. No lounge chairs, 2 regular chairs. If the cabin connects to another it has chair, If not a loveseat,

carolitis Posted April 29, 2018 Author #10 Share Posted April 29, 2018 FYI it violates CC policy to hijack a thread. You are right they did. But you good people had answered my (the OP) question long long ago so I am OK with it. Glad they got their answer too.
