Happily@Sea Posted June 14, 2018 #2 Share Posted June 14, 2018 Let's see if Noordam can beat Infinity in, otherwise a short sail-in, we know it will be a short sailaway.

Rare Scrapnana Posted June 14, 2018 Author #5 Share Posted June 14, 2018 Noordam is way ahead of Infinity but Infinity is going about 5 knots faster. Have to wait and see how they end up arriving in Juneau.

Rare Scrapnana Posted June 14, 2018 Author #7 Share Posted June 14, 2018 Noordam making the turn into the Gastineau Channel. Infinity has just turned around the northern tip of Admiralty Island. Looking good for Noordam to arrive first.

Happily@Sea Posted June 14, 2018 #12 Share Posted June 14, 2018 I can't get over how sleek and beautiful these ships are, especially against beautiful scenery.
Happily@Sea Posted June 14, 2018 #13 Share Posted June 14, 2018 Looks like quite few families/groups on this sailing, a lot of balcony dividers tied back.

Happily@Sea Posted June 14, 2018 #16 Share Posted June 14, 2018 That's it for me until tonight. Really great close-ups - I enjoy watching the ship tie-up [and untie]. Unless I'm on an early tour, I'm never first off the ship. I'm at the railings - watching.

Rare rafinmd Posted June 15, 2018 #25 Share Posted June 15, 2018 Rain sure doesn't look bad and if it held out while people were ashore day couldn't have been too bad. Roy
