my cheers disappeared

Switched cabins today. Upgraded for our October cruise. We are all paid up. But noticed our cheers package isn't showing. We bought it on April 7. I called back and lady said it my take awhile to show up. I said all our other excursions showed and she said she had to transfer me to Fun Shops. I got the survey and then the call ended. Will it show eventually or will we get refunded? Credit card is not showing refund as of yet.

Fun Shop purchases normally follow the booking number. Give it until tomorrow to catch up with you.
