I wish I could tell you for certain how long my last reservation took but yeah, I think it was around 4-5 days, more than two for sure.

 

I made the request in February for an upcoming November cruise, not sure if it matters how far in advance.

I got my confirmation the next day. Someone I know sent in theirs around the same time and it took over a week. It just depends on when they get to the emails.

It can take up to a week - I think what happens is they check the emails when they get back to home port, so if they just departed on an 7-day, you won't get a response for 7 days. If you make a reservation right before they arrive back home, you might get a response the next day. Maybe on the 8-day cruises or longer they check mid-cruise. Just a guess, but logistically that's what I might do.
