Website woes

Does the HAL website ever work? I've tried it occasionally and get nothing but frustration.

I just tried to sign into my account to purchase something for my upcoming cruise, and I can't get it. I tried it with my email address and password and I also tried with my Marinier number and password. It either says the server is not connecting and to try again OR my passwork is incorrect which is the same password I have used forever!

Talked with HAL this am. There was a software update overnite and now nothing works. :eek:

I was checking out a couple of things for a friend yesterday and it was working.

Guess I will have to wait until later to see if it is working.

It is working again at the minute.

 

There was a notice to say that maintenance was being carried out over the weekend.

We had that problem earlier this morning, but it is was available a few minutes ago.
