Barcelona Airport Transfer

Recommended Posts

Hi to you all!

Will do a cruise next on the COSTA FORTUNA, ending in Barcelona. Unfortunately, looking for Costa's shore excursion, it seems not possible to book a transfer from the port to the airport after the cruise... :(

Any previous experience with Costa in Barcelona - maybe the transport is only available to buy on-board? If not, any recommendation to get from the port to the airport (public transport)?

Thank You!!

A taxi from the cruise terminal to the airport costs 39euros.

I’m pretty sure you will be able to buy a Costa transfer on the ship.

We asked if there was one in Marseille and the answer was “of course”

They usually leave at 10 am

It used to be 17 euros each, but taxi is cheap enough, you can book on line before your cruise the taxi parks at the end of car park & will come to you once you leave terminal.

Costa's transfers are fixed times but they often wait for late comers, leaving you sitting on coach.

I took the metro last year, there is a shuttle bus from the cruise port to a pace near the metro station, a couple of euros one way I believe.

Metro station Dressanes - Green line to Zona Unversitaria then Orange Line to Barcelona Airport, total cost 4.60 euros per person

This was very easy and I had no problems whatsoever.

BAreclona is a dream port - BArcelona is a city of Taxis and its fixed price.. If you have  late flight you can ship your luggage to your flight terminal and spend the day luggage free in the city
