Carnival Horizon Question

The Horizon, and all Carnival ships for that matter, does not offer any speciality dinning packages or discounts. Although it would be nice if they did. The only "discount" is the free bottle of wine, or 50% off an expensive bottle, at the steak house on the first night. If you are considering the hibachi book sooner than later, very limited seating in there.

However, the meals in the specialty restaurants are so relatively inexpensive (although some will grip about the raised price for the Steakhouse) that you don't need any savings.

Best specialty meals on RCL are at 150 Centrale Park, which is more than the SteakHouse on Carnival, as is Chops, and Vintages, with their great tapas and wine selection combos.

It would be nice if the Serenity deck offered an evening buffet of healthy items, like their salad bar at lunch. On RCL the Solarium does have evening meals, and breakfast and lunch, at no extra charge. Much better than their MDR and Windjammer.
