Can't sign in from my android phone

I can't sign in from my android phone. I have reloaded Cruise  critic 3 times on my android phone  

It says system delays try later. 

We're sailing away....

If you are trying to use the app, it doesn't work with the new site. Open your browser and navigate to cruisecritic.com. Login then click on Boards.

You are using your browser? If so, try clearing cc cookies or opening an private/incognito tab.

That's because the app isn't supported, you need to use a browser.

When I signed in on my android phone it asked if I wanted an icon like app on my home screen. clicked yes and now I have icon on home screen that I just click and it takes me to CC. I also deleted my Forums app because it no longer works for CC.
