Hi- I have sailed the Pride twice in February, both times the muster drill was held inside however 1 time I do remember having to go outside to see where our muster station was. We walked out 1 door, past the station and in the next door. That was in 2/16 I don't remember doing that last February. Have a great time!

When we sailed in February we were primarily inside, but did have to briefly walk outside as a group to see the actual location.

In September everything was outside.

It would be a very rare occurrence to have even an inch of snow on the Lido deck, more than 3 inches probably doesn't happen more than once every 5-10 years.  A foot of snow in Baltimore would likely cause significant delays getting to the port.
