First timers, 4 nights, no red meat. Which specialty to book?

Hello,

 

We will be on our first Azamara cruise in March. Given that it's a 4 night cruise and we don't eat red meat, would you kindly recommend the restaurants you suggest us booking please?

I would say without a doubt Aqualina, you have several options involving fish plus you have a really nice vegetarian dish there.  The Prime C menu is dominated by steaks many ways, lamb, pheasant etc

 

You cannot do any speciality restaurant bookings before you board, and as it is a short cruise I would head straight to the desk for reservations (there is always one at the entrance to Windows Cafe on Deck 9) so you get a booking.  That said, Aqualina is usually easier to get a table in than Prime C as more cruisers seem to be red meat fans

Aqualina has a lemon sole that is wonderful. I don't usually eat fish but had this dish a couple of times last trip. Also don't forget to try the lemon shuffle.

Use the main dining room. Always possible for fish or vegetarian.

You can pre order your favorite veggie dish the night before. They feed vegans etc every cruise. I love the veggie main in Prime C and start with ahi tuna.

Do you mean the 'Dover' Sole - deboned at the table?
