Conference items on RCI

We have a small conference group leaving next week out of Ft Lauderdale.  Does anyone know the best way to get all of our conference gear on board or if there is a protocol for getting these items aboard?  (We have conference literature, bags, etc for those in attendance.  With about 200 conference attendants,  it will be difficult for us to "hand carry" all of these items on board.

We have unfortunately not gotten any info from who we made our booking with, even when asked, which is why we are inquiring here.

Does royal know you have 200 attendants and need space for meetings? Seems to be they would on top of this and how to manage your materials would be one of the things they are top of.

Yes, they have booked us the space for the conferences.  Will call them again now.
