On Harmony last June, one night a few nights into the cruise it wasn't on the menu, but I saw another table had some.  I asked our waiter, and lo-and-behold, we all got it, too.  

So if you don't see it on the menu one night, definitely ask your server if it's available anyway.

Yes, it was for us March 13.  every night.  Son-in Law loved it we ordered 3 for him.   haha
