New Visa Requirements for US citizens visiting EU-2021

 There isn't an official website yet for applying because this process doesn't take effect until 2021 . So rather than people googling "ETIAS" and coming up with unofficial site after unofficial site it would be best to just put this topic to bed and revisiting it some time in mid to late 2020. This isn't going to be a difficult process and it's likely that the vast majority of travelers will get approval within minutes of applying.

CNN now has corrected its report to state that it is NOT a visa requirement being imposed but rather a travel “authorization” requirement similar to that of US ESTA that will be good for three years.  EU officials claim the online form should not take more than 10 minutes to complete with authorization granted to 95% of applicants.
