Concierge Email - Grand Suite

Wondering if and when to expect and email from our concierge pre-cruise.  We are sailing in a Grand Suite.  Thought it was about a week prior??  Thanks!

Not all concierges send an email.  If you have something you need, you can contact them directly:

I usually get mine about 5 days before sail date.  OP...you are still 20 days prior.  Too early to get one IMHO.

We have sailed in a grand suite 3 times and never received a letter pre-cruise.

The most recent time was on Explorer just two weeks ago.

Only ever had a letter waiting for us in our room on boarding day.

Some ships, i.e. Oasis, Anthem, etc.., have a more pressing need for the concierge to contact you early.

Have gotten 3 mails from the concierge. 😄
