Glacier Bay vs Prince William Sound 26 Glaciers

If you had to pick one or the other, which?  Are they similar enough that you need not try to do both?

They are entirely different and I recommend doing both.

 

26 glaciers goes into College Fjords area (but not too far) but you get close to the glaciers and are on a small boat.

 

Glacier Bay is stunning with larger glaciers (plus smaller ones) and a magical day if the conditions are right.

 

I would put Glacier Bay first but if I could do both, I would do both.

Princess cruises northbound (Vancouver to Whittier) Voyage of the Glaciers itinerary on 4 different ships gives you the best of both worlds:  Glacier Bay and College Fjord!

I'm with Coral, you can't see enough Glaciers IMHO. Both offer different views and both are excellent. The 26 Glacier day trip out of Whittier is a great way to spend a turnaround day.
