After cruise feedback

We had an online feedback from P & O the day after returning from Oriana last week. Then on Thursday had an e-mail from Feefo asking us to review our experience. Has anyone else had two requests for the same cruise. Don’t want to click into anything if it’s a scam or virus.

Even if they are both genuine, I'd be inclined to ignore the Feefo one. It seems that one can't buy anything nowadays without being asked for feedback on one's experience, and it's becoming a right pain. I could fritter away hours of my time if I responded to them all.

We had both after our last Aurora cruise.

Previously we have had one or the other.

I doubt it is a scam, just an over zealous need for feedback.

I like the opportunity to say my piece, but don't see the need to do it twice.

Having returned from the Oriana cruise before yours we also received the two requests. One is done by P&O and Feefo is a separate organisation and it is done on P&O's behalf. We completed both because we had plenty to report back on. It is interesting to read reviews from people who were on the same cruise - sometimes you wonder if you were on the same cruise!!

P&O's review is all about ticking boxes and is quite restricting whereas Feefo's gives you a chance to express your views more freely.

Yes we got both requests for reviews after our Oceana cruise in November.

Both are genuine. 

 

Feefo is independent of the companies it covers and will publish all the reviews, positive and negative.

 

P&O publishes only the reviews it chooses to publish.
