Staying In Touch on the Ship Without Wifi

Is there anyway to stay in touch on the ship (Spectrum) if you don't have the wifi package? On Princess you could use their app on your phones to message each other even if you didn't have wifi package. Great way to say where you are without having to use post it's in the cabin or searching the ship for each other.

Thanks

Do you have an idea how long does it take once the feature is added to the app, before it becomes functional?

No idea - only Allure and Harmony have the chat/text feature enabled and that has not changed in months.

You could just pay for the cellular at sea charges; that thought makes the WIFI prices seem VERY reasonable
