That was my first thought but I really think HAL went to Alaska before then.

It does seem strange that she has that tiny bit of damage, but NS had three or four balconies taken out.  She must have been a little lower in the water?

On full screen I don't see any rain, maybe it all passed by before they docked - as a favor.

I thought I saw some damage to the blue area starboard just below the damaged white stripe.
