There are lots of dining choices on the Edge. Here are all of the Edge restaurant menus in one place.

Lobster Bisque from Le Grand Bistro

This flyer will give you a sense of the dining (and cost of specialty restaurants), though some of the times are outdated and there are changes, such as the Grand Plaza Cafe is not open at the present time, Le Grand Bistro is not serving breakfast, though is serving brunch twice a week and Eden Cafe has changed their open times. Check the daily planners onboard for more up to date info, as the Edge dining has been evolving.

VT:  Unfortunately CC made all your menus unavailable. Doggone it.

I can still open them from the post. I wonder if you need to be in another browser? Hope I'm not the only one who can open them....

VT:  Guess what? I’ve just perused the menus. Most interesting. We love Luminae but some of the menu items on the four different MDRs look great. Will we be able to walk up to any of these restaurants (late eaters) without a reservation?  On the Edge in a SS in Dec.

I think the best thing would be to talk to the Retreat Concierge and ask them to call the restaurant to see if they can accommodate you. I know some in suites have dined in the MDRs, but would be on space available basis. 🙂

You always make so much sense🤗. We will do that.

Just wish they had a bar in the Retreat Lounge instead of all those chairs. Hard to socialize. But there is a bar outside. Hope it’s in the shade.

The bar is quite shaded and lots of comfortable seating nearby. It's a friendly bar (or was in January anyway). 🙂

Thanks so much!  Is the vegetarian menu available in BLU?  Can any of the regular dining room items be ordered in Blu?

Cheers!

I asked someone who was in Blu on the Edge and she pointed out that the MDR kitchens are not right next door so maybe they don't allow it like some M Class have in the past. She didn't ask. If you want something different, many have said that they ask the night before so they have time to get the items needed.

They do have vegetarian items in Blu every night and I have heard that they are very good about making what you like, if not on the menu, if you chat ahead of time (or will modify the nightly offerings) - some talk with the chef once onboard to outline what they like. Maybe someone here will speak up if there is a more extensive vegetarian menu for Blu. I seem to remember hearing about one, but it was quite a few years ago (I was vegetarian at the time so I remember it peaked my interest).
