Mannamead17 Posted July 13, 2019 #1 Share Posted July 13, 2019 Hi all! Can someone here please tell me whether the sockets onboard in the cabins are UK, or will we need an adaptor? Will be on the Dream in September. Many thanks in advance for any help.

Mannamead17 Posted July 13, 2019 Author #5 Share Posted July 13, 2019 Many thanks Pensioncruiser we don't have a balcony suite, this may be a daft question but are they European or American sockets?
Pensioncruiser Posted July 13, 2019 #6 Share Posted July 13, 2019 Sorry can't help with that the cabin we always have, 9040, has both! But what I can tell you is you will have our favourite due for your entertainment totally off subject I know enjoy 😎
Tony1878 Posted July 24, 2019 #7 Share Posted July 24, 2019 From what i remember, the plugs have definitely got Euro sockets, we don't possess an american adapter and we plugged everything in, good idea to get a multi plug adapter to use a couple of things at the same time. I seem to remember american sockets as well, but i could be getting mixed up with another ship.
Vitalsign Posted July 24, 2019 #8 Share Posted July 24, 2019 (edited) An 4 way adaptor plug can be difficult as the plugs are very low down above the dressing table We always take a 4 gang with a short lead - easy to use with only one European adaptor Not heavy in your luggage either and you can charge four things at once Usually use the kettle socket on Dream I think as some of the plugs don't work when you're out of the cabin Have a great cruise Pensioncruiser and our favourite duo are 2 Intense in Tides bar Edited July 24, 2019 by Vitalsign
