Shuttle Bus in Boston

Hello, we are on QM2 in October when she docks in Boston.  We don't want to do any of the tours as we have been to Boston and the surrounding areas many times as we have friends who have a place on Martha's Vineyard.  Does anyone know where the shuttle bus drops passengers off in Boston please?

When I last went in 2015, the shuttle bus drop off was at Quincy Market (Clifton Street and Surface Road).

North West Newbie is correct.  Last year on the 4th of July 2018 cruise the shuttle was also at Clinton St/Surface Road adjacent to the Dock Square car park and Faneuil Hall market.

Quincy Market, Dock Square and Faneuil Hall are all essentially the same place.

After many trips to Boston, we always now take the Shuttle to the middle of the City and then venture around.

 

Quincy Market, Commons, Public Gardens and then a new restaurant for lunch before heading back to the ship.

 

Very convenient way to and from the ship.

Normally Cunard have a smaller bus for wheelchair users - best to contact them and check.

As far as I'm aware, they only drop off at the designated drop off area ie they won't drop passengers off en route - well they never have - unless someone knows if they do this.

I seem to recall them picking up a passenger en route back to the ship from the designated drop/pickup point, but that was in 2010. There isn't really much of touristic interest (or there wasn't then) between the pier and the drop point anyway.
