Contact iLounge /Apple store on Equinox

We have a significant OBC for our upcoming cruise and would like to preorder a specific iPad amd make sure that it‘s available when we are on board.

Is there a way to get in touch with them?

I don't think there's a way to do that....they get stocked from a central point and get what they get.

The on board staff have no control over the inventory.  Same with the shops (cameras, jewelry, clothing, makeup, etc)

They are resellers like Best Buy and etc, that is why they are called the Ilounge.  They aren’t a true Apple store.   

 

Like others have already posted you cannot preorder, stock is very limited, and many times what they do have is the older versions.

 

I bought a set of headphones.   I knew that they were being discontinued and seen them at other retailers for $50 less but I had a lot of SBC so I bought them. Showed them the difference in price and was told that they didn’t do match pricing.
