We are Elite members with Celebrity and have a cruise coming up shortly, I have tried to book an internet package for one device but I can't seem to get

the 30% discount for Elite members, is this no longer part of the benefits?

You can call the Captain’s Club.  They will do it for you.  Enjoy your cruise!

I don't think I've ever seen a thread title that was the same as the thread starter's screen handle.  Just curious...

I think it defaults to that if you post a thread without entering a topic.  I see it occasionally from first time posters, rarely from other forum members.

Call Celebrity at 0844-481-7687 and asked to be transferred to the Captains Club. They will be able to assist you.
