Europeantraveler1 Posted October 11, 2019 #1 Share Posted October 11, 2019 Does the Cirque Du Soleil at Sea play every night? We had made CDS evening reservations on an ‘at sea’ evening and our reservations came back on a different night. So thought maybe it wasn’t playing every night. Thanks!! SirWolf Posted October 11, 2019 #2 Share Posted October 11, 2019 Cirque Du Soleil at Sea had two shows on MSC Meraviglia in September 2019. SONOR and VIAGGIO played on different days with one day off during the 7-night cruise. We went to a CDS show on a “sea day”.
Norwich Cruiser Posted October 11, 2019 #3 Share Posted October 11, 2019 On Bellissima it was two different shows each shown four times. The same show was performed twice on the same day an early and late. We did the dinner show but wouldn’t do it again. Good show average meal. Rare Tapi Posted October 11, 2019 #4 Share Posted October 11, 2019 (edited) Our experience when we sailed aboard Meraviglia was that everyone that paid for Cirque shows in advance online got an “invitation” in their stateroom on their embarkation day which they then had to take to either the Cirque desk at guest services or to the Carousel Lounge to then select a date and seats, regardless of what they’d picked online. Since we were on a multi-embarkation port itinerary, the line at the desk was long every afternoon every time that a new batch of passengers boarded the ship. We didn’t book in advance. We booked our Cirque performance once we boarded the ship using the MSC for Me app on my phone. From it, we could select the show date we wanted. No need to stand in line. The tickets were then delivered to our stateroom on the morning of the show. Edited October 11, 2019 by Tapi
Norwich Cruiser Posted October 11, 2019 #5 Share Posted October 11, 2019 We booked at the CDS booking desk that was alongside guest services the day we boarded in Barcelona. The show was nowhere near capacity.
