Pizza was a short wait. Odd thing was they made what you wanted but if the person only took half they took the other half back behind the wall.  Weird.  There want much of any line so wasn’t an issue but was odd. Got my pizza in less than five minutes.  Heading to the cabin and chow down. Calling it a night.

Starting the day off with some coffee.  As usual I get my wife a frappe but she will be getting her own the rest of the cruise. Coffee lady said both people have to be there.  I know it’s policy so knot getting upset but first time I’ve run into the issue for non alcohol drinks.

Around 845 or so we went to brunch and were given a buzzer despite it being half empty. A 20 minute wait later we were buzzed. Walking to our table it was easily half empty. Took 10-15 minutes for out order to be taken. Food delivery was normal.  The never cleared tables while we ate, the entire aisle was dirty.  Don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or management but I’ve never experienced this before.  I had the Aft Deck which was really good. My wife had her usual omelet.  She ordered some chocolate milk which she said was spoiled.

The milk was spoiled??! That's kind of alarming. Sheesh.

She spit it out saying it was bad.  Guessing spoiled but could have just been gross. 🤷🏻‍♂️  Completely unacceptable.

I made it through the shopping show and ducked out. I’ve now taken up roost in my favorite spot. Likely chill here until lunch time.

Around one meet up with my wife for lunch. Had tacos while she hit up the buffet.  Lido was much the same as brunch.  Many many dirty tables not being cleaned leaving very limited seating. After lunch headed to Blue Iguana for a Green Iguana.  Back to my spot for a bit.  weather has been great today. Warm but not hot so plenty out and about on the Lido.

Where did you get that magnificent dinosaur holder for your sail and sign card?

five below. Bought one last year in Jacksonville and broke it on the cruise. Found it at another five below in Melbourne this year and bought two.  It always gets a good reaction from the bar tenders. Next up, Reds Remedy.

We were early so weren’t effected by it but they again had two lines instead one to get in the dining room. Service was again very efficient however.  Food was good.  We both had stuffed mushrooms. I had a double order of crab cakes and she had a shrimp cocktail. She got the flat iron that had to go back once undercooked. I had the spanakopita and stuffed mushrooms. First time I’ve tried it and it was very good. Desert was creme brûlée’s for me and melting cake for her.

Comedian was killer bees who I’ve seen on a previous cruise and is good.  Back to the completely dead Lido for a bit To catch up on few things on my phone, internet seems best here.  Other than major congestion times this cruise has seemed a bit dead. During a nice sea day today there was virtually no wait at the bars. Not complaining but that’s a first.  Beachcomber.
