Pictures taken between Monday, December 2 and Sunday, December 8.

Rules: See above

That's it. This isn't a contest.

All photos taken this week are welcome (not just cruising).

Prizes will not be awarded. Discovering the joy of photography is the prize.

The idea is to get folks out using their cameras for more than vacations and toddler birthdays.

Post one. Post many. Up to you.

Have fun with your camera and share your fun with others!

My last day in Perth before boarding Queen Elizabeth for the trip home to Melbourne. Currently around 100 of the f-type degrees, a little cooler today.

Anyway, some birds of Star Swamp Bushland Reserve.

Saturday afternoon traffic as we, along with 20,000 or so of our fellow cruisers, crowd into Miami, fight our way to the port and head out to sea for a few days of rest and relaxation. I realize that cruising offers many choices and rest and relaxation can give way to drinking too much, eating too much, spending too much money and spending too much time in the sun while exposing body parts completely unused to spending any time in the sun. Avoiding the pitfalls of anything-you-want can pay off with time spent comfortably letting the world pass you by as you catch up on sleep, sample the world and let someone make your bed for you.
