We love Stone Island.  Do a search here and you will find lots of information. Very easy walk to the water taxi, a short trip across the channel, short walk down to the beach where there is great shallow swimming, wear water shoes, many restaurants with delicious shrimp and cold beer etc.  Loungers, table and chairs, shade and bathrooms.

Stone Island is a great choice and close to the ship. If you want something farther, there is a beach past El Cid, which is also nice and my favorite restaurant is Tonys on the Beach. They have excellent seafood and you can actually have lunch right on the beach, as they have tables on the sand. Fun and great!

Whatever you choose, enjoy the beautiful port of Mazatlan!

Merry Christmas!
