VermeulT Posted January 10, 2020 #1 Share Posted January 10, 2020 Who will show on the credit card statement for booking a flight through Flight Ease... HAL or the airline? I will be getting the Delta AmEx to get free baggage and I also will get a statement credit for booking a flight within 90 days of signing up. If it shows up as HAL, they might not count this as booking a flight. thank you.

Rare Hlitner Posted January 10, 2020 #4 Share Posted January 10, 2020 Flight Ease bookings will definitely show, on your credit card statement, as a charge to the cruise line! Hank
TAD2005 Posted January 10, 2020 #5 Share Posted January 10, 2020 The flight fares are bundled in with your cruise fare and it all goes on your credit card as a single charge from HAL.

If you buy the platinum policy from HAL, the whole bundle is covered.
Rare 3rdGenCunarder Posted January 11, 2020 #7 Share Posted January 11, 2020 So no miles in your flyer account and no frequent flyer or airline cc perks if you book through the cruise line? I rarely book through the cruise line unless I need a one-way international flight, so I've never looked into these details.

You DO get your FF miles credited on flight ease - at least on the flights I have done. You actually fill it out (or if you call your TA/PCC fills it in). We have gotten credit for our flights. Most of ours are one way international flights and while I use FF miles a lot if the price is right, I use Flight Ease.

We simply to the airline's web site and can update our info (including FF number). This has not been a problem with any of our Business Class bookings.
