Where does Rhapsody dock in Cozumel?

Most likely the International Pier.  However, every once in a while Royal docks downtown.

Just off a back2back on Rhapsody.  We docked at the downtown pier both weeks.  We were surprised, but actually liked it better.

I was on the Rhapsody a week before on the 1/4 sailing and we docked downtown. First time I recall docking downtown in years. Didn't like the maze to get out to the main street with the crowds from the MSC Seaside next to us. It was nice being able to walk instead of taking a taxi though.

We just returned today, March 7, 2020. We docked in the water and were boat tendered into the downtown pier. There were 7 ships in that day and since ours was the smallest they tendered us. We had the Key package so was escorted onto the tender ahead of everyone but we all waited 45 minutes before the tender left !!!  Everyone was late for their shore excursions but most everyone waited till all the people showed up.

In this case when I was in Cozumel on 2/21 Liberty and Harmony were at the International Pier, Empress of the Seas was with Norwegian Dawn at Punta Langosta, and the infamous Carnival Glory was all by itself at Puerto Maya. They probably weren't allowed near other ships.
