Miami Hotel

Any suggestions for a good hotel for a family group coming in day prior to Symphony? Prefer to have shuttle from airport and shuttle to port (fee is fine).

Hotel and Shuttle

   the hotel we use  is the Holiday Inn at Port.  The  hotel is the closest to the cruise terminal , reasonally priced ,clean with taxi and a shuttle. It is very close the Biscayne bay Market place. lots of shops and all kinds of restaurants . Not sure what airport you are flying in .Our choice is Fort Lauderdale  Airport  easy to get around in and usually cheaper flights. We have used SAS  Shuttle service both ways on our last four cruises . The price is right and are very reliable service.  T hat's about it.  ENJOY YOUR CRUISE                                  kruise runner

[Getting out there]

Google out hotels with free cruise shuttle. Comfort Suites airport now does it. LaQuinta airport east also does. I've stayed at LaQuinta when they were the only one. Nice hotel, but not around anything, so eat at the airport before going to hotel. Really good free breakfast.

The Hampton Inn Brickell is a popular recommendation on the Florida boards. No airport shuttle, but they offer a shuttle to the port for $8 pp.

We got a good price at the Downtown Hilton near the port.

We stayed at the Newport Beachside Resort.  Because we were there for the day (early flight in from Toronto) and didn't have to board until later the next day, rather than stay in town, we opted for the beach.

We stay at the EB Hotel.  Shuttle from airport and Uber to port.  Nice hotel.

We stay at the Hilton Downtown. We Uber around. There is fastfood across the street and a Publix one block down.
