Question about guest confirmation

I received a second guest confirmation and listed under Booking Charges after Vacation Protection Plan is SRK7-NA DINNERSPA with 00 charge.

Don’t want to call my TA because she’s swamped.

Has anyone else gotten this, and is it what I hope? Specialty dinner or spa appointment?
