I think the letter was fine personally and was a good to know they are doing something at least to prepare. Ultimately though this appears to be a lose lose for them. Give detailed info now only to have to come back 3 months later and say all that info was wrong go with this new info now, or be criticized for not giving any details like is happening now. Maybe they shouldn't have said anything, but that has its downsides too, so maybe it was a lose, lose, lose situation.

 

We all just want to get back to a normal life as soon as safely possible, until then...

Oh, I agree totally. I was simply trying to reassure @Shadow9612 that he or she hadn't missed anything important to date. I seem to get at least one email a day from Celebrity, 99% of which I skim through quickly before sending to trash. The occasional one I find to be useful, and like you, prefer to receive and trash than not receive at all.
