That’s a fun read. One or two glaring errors, but what’s new? (The law doesn’t “outlaw uninterrupted travel between U.S. ports by “foreign vessels”. It makes it illegal for those vessels to transport passengers from one port to another, with or without an international stop.). Does Canada have anything similar?
