My PVP told me i had a $250 casino credit for Panama Canal cruise on 16 November. My invoice has a $100 onboard credit but nothing on casino credit. She said no problem, it'll be there when you board.

This happen to anyone else?

I would be sure to have something show your OBC/ casino credits in writing to take aboard in case there is a problem.  Hopefully this will be resolved before boarding so that you do not have  spend any of your time in line at the pursers desk. I speak from past experience.

Even after you board it can be worked out with the casino host.  Myself and my wife usually have free play but one  cruise she was on the list and I wasn't.  They had to call Miami but by 10 pm embarkation night it was taken care of

Apart from the Travel Summary, I also see it under My Account / Future Cruise Credits / Onboard Credits.  When you select Onboard Credits, a list should appear showing all types of OBC available to you.  In my list, I see a number of free plays under "Description" with a campaign number.  These are the free play offers available to you.  As soon as one is applied to a booking, that will show under the Status column.  If it has not yet been applied to a booking, it will show as "Active".

Hope that works for you.  That's a weird place to look but I'm paying it forward - another CC member revealed this a while back!
